We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Sales Agent to join our property sales team.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience selling real estate , strong sales ability, and an established social media presence with a high number of followers . We are looking for someone who understands how to use social media to generate leads, build a personal brand, and convert enquiries into property sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on property sales leads.
- Market and promote properties across social media and other channels.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to closing.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in securing successful transactions.
- Maintain an active and professional online presence.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Stay informed about market trends, property developments, and competing projects.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven experience in real estate/property sales .
- Strong track record in sales and achieving targets.
- Established social media presence with a strong follower base and active engagement .
- Ability to use platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media channels to generate leads.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to generate and manage your own sales leads.
- Good understanding of the property market and sales process.
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle will be advantageous.
