Duties & Responsibilities
- Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge of our product
- Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of our products
- Consistently achieving monthly goals
- Willing to push yourself to succeed
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric certificate / NQF level 4
- Minimum of 1 year of call centre sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, self-driven with a focus on client satisfaction
