We’re looking for driven, confident and target-focused Sales Agents to join our USA campaign.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous tele - sales / call center / BPO experience
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience
- Good computer literacy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection
- Target-driven with a competitive mindset
- Persuasive, energetic and resilient
- Customer-focused while still being focused on results
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent English communication
- Available to work USA business hours
YOUR ROLE
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Build rapport and create positive customer experience
- Handle objections confidently
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Accurately capture customer information
- Consistently meet quality and performance standards
