We are looking for energetic, confident and target-driven Sales Agents to join our growing call centre team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Promote and sell products/services telephonically
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and potential customers
- Accurately capture customer information
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers
- Comply with company sales processes, quality standards and procedures
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Previous call centre or telesales experience will be advantageous-more than 1 year
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable working towards targets
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Good command of English
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
