SA Motor Lease, a division of Pace Auto Group, a growing and innovative rent-to-own vehicle company, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our Johannesburg team. If you have experience in car rentals, customer service, or telesales – and love working with people – this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers via walk-ins, online inquiries, WhatsApp, phone and email
Promote and sell our rent-to-own and leasing products
Assist customers with the full application and onboarding process
Match successful applicants with available vehicles
Prepare contracts and explain all relevant details
Manage upgrades, downgrades, and system updates accurately
Work collaboratively with our team to hit monthly sales targets
Requirements
Matric (essential)
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong admin and multitasking ability
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or car rental
Experience in the motor industry or face-to-face sales is an advantage
Confident, outgoing personality and strong attention to detail
