- Under direct supervision you will be responsible in managing relationships with MiWay's affiliate partners and converting affiliate-generated leads into sales.
- The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers referred through affiliate channels, and ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- As an affiliate agents you will be handling multi-channel communication, support policy queries, and contribute to sales and service excellence
What will make you successful in this role?
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12/Standard 10/ NQF 4
- RE5 Certificate As per DOFA date
- Fully FAIS Accredited As per DOFA date
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of more than 1 year Call Centre experience
- Minimum 1-3 years in the STI environment and client services experience
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of our daily and monthly targets
- Ensuring that all sales budgets were met
- Convert affiliate-generated leads into new insurance policy sales
- Follow a target-driven sales approach aligned to MiWay's performance expectations
- Provide prompt assistance with policy inquiries, product information, and premium explanations
- Creating reports and submitting to management
