Detail: Requirements: 3 - 5 Years experience in a similar role. Responsibilities but not limited to: Sales Support: Process customer orders accurately and timeously. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation. Assist sales representatives with administrative requirements. Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries. Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. Liaise with customers regarding order progress, pricing, and product availability. Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex queries where necessary. Administration and Reporting: Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Update CRM and ERP systems with relevant information. Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Prepare sales performance statistics and analyses. Coordination: Coordinate between sales, procurement, finance, and warehouse departments. Ensure all supporting documentation is completed and filed correctly. Assist with tender submissions and contract administration where required. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures. Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and confidentially.
