We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator based at our Distribution Center in Midrand, JHB.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Accurately capturing orders, working on all platforms - whatsapp lines, orders box, book orders, back orders, RPOS, Trade Website and banking
- Following up on customer queries
- Providing support to our sales team
- Driving sales through excellent customer service
- Relieving reception
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- have a minimum of 3 years’ work experience
- Knowledge of Hertex products / systems advantageous
- excellent administration skills
- be computer literate
- have excellent communication skills
- be able to work under pressure
- be meticulous and detail-orientated
- enjoy being part of a team
