To manage, coordinate and control all sales administration and sales operations activities at a cleaning industry company across online sales, distributor channels and end-user / contract cleaning customers. The role ensures pricing integrity, accurate cost and rebate calculations, sales performance tracking, regulatory submissions and professional body memberships, while acting as the key operational link between the company, it’s various channels to market and National sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Order Processing & Channel Administration
Manage and process sales orders across all channels in Sage Pastel.
Ensure correct pricing application per channel (online, e-commerce, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, resellers & end-users).
Process order amendments, returns and credit notes.
Ensure accurate invoicing and alignment with customer pricing agreements (volume discount contracts).
Track orders through to delivery and resolution of queries.
Act as first-line support for order and pricing queries from customers and sales reps / administrator.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 3 years experience in sales administration / sales operations.
- Experience in B2B / B2C / online distribution or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sage Pastel (essential).
- Advanced Excel skills (costing models, rebates, targets, analysis).
- Strong understanding of:
- Multi-channel sales environments.
- Pricing and margin management.
- Distributor and contract pricing structures.
- Experience with online / e-commerce sales administration (advantageous).
