Are you looking to kick-start your professional accounting career and gain valuable practical experience towards becoming a Professional Accountant? We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join a professional accounting team in George and begin their journey towards becoming a SAIPA-qualified professional.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Gain practical experience within a professional accounting environment
- Assist with accounting and financial administration functions
- Gain exposure to financial statements and accounting processes
- Assist with reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
- Support senior team members with client accounting assignments
- Develop practical knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Gain exposure to relevant accounting software and systems
- Assist with general finance and accounting duties as required
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Currently studying towards / completed an Accounting Degree or relevant qualification and seeking SAIPA Articles
- Strong interest in pursuing a career as a Professional Accountant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good numerical and accounting ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
