Are you a BCom or BCom Honours graduate looking to start your accounting career? Our client in Durbanville is looking for confident, articulate graduates to join its 2026/2027 intake as first-year SAIPA Trainee Accountants.
Job Description
You’ll gain practical accounting experience under supervision while completing a three-year SAIPA training contract. The role suits someone who is organised, communicates clearly and is eager to learn.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with bookkeeping, transaction processing and account reconciliations.
Support the preparation of working papers and financial statements under supervision.
Maintain accurate accounting records and follow up on outstanding supporting documents.
Plan and prioritise assigned work to meet deadlines and complete the requirements of the SAIPA training programme.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric.
Completed BCom degree. BCom Honours graduates are welcome to apply.
No previous work experience required.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Confident communicator with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Available to commit to a three-year SAIPA training contract.
