We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAIPA/CIMA Trainee to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be eager to gain practical experience, develop their accounting skills and work towards a professional qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with bookkeeping, accounting and financial administration.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Assist with reconciliations, tax returns and statutory submissions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Work alongside senior staff while completing practical training requirements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Studying towards or holding a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Eligible to pursue SAIPA or CIMA training.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical, organisational and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well within a team and meet deadlines.
