A well-established professional services firm is seeking SAICA Trainees to join their audit and assurance team. This opportunity is ideal for motivated graduates who have completed their SAICA-accredited degrees and are ready to begin their training contract in a dynamic and professional environment. The role is based in Houghton Estate, Johannesburg.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting with audit planning, execution, and documentation under supervision
- Preparing and reviewing working papers and supporting schedules
- Supporting audit teams in compliance with auditing standards
- Gaining exposure to financial reporting in accordance with IFRS
- Learning to manage client interactions and build professional relationships
- Developing technical and professional skills through on-the-job training
- Supporting senior staff in audit procedures, risk assessments, and reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Completed SAICA-accredited degree
- Strong academic performance
- Ability to work in a professional, team-oriented environment
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Availability to commence training as a SAICA Trainee
