SAICA Trainee Accountant - Centurion

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform audit fieldwork for a variety of clients across different industries.

• Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.

• Prepare and process working papers in accordance with SAICA standards.

• Perform reconciliations and analyse financial information.

• Assist with tax compliance and statutory submissions.

• Communicate professionally with clients and build strong working relationships.

• Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within deadlines.

• Develop a strong understanding of auditing, accounting, and financial reporting standards.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Completed or currently completing a BCom Accounting degree or equivalent SAICA-accredited qualification.

• Intention to complete or currently completing SAICA articles.

• Strong academic record.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (advantageous).

• Eager to learn and develop within a professional accounting environment.
