Are you a BCom Accounting graduate looking to kick-start your career through your SAICA articles ? Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious and driven SAICA Article Clerk to join a growing finance team and gain valuable practical exposure across the full accounting function. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with VAT, tax and SARS submissions
- Support month-end and year-end processes
- Assist with audit preparation and queries
- Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide support to the finance team on various accounting projects
- Gain exposure to IFRS and statutory reporting requirements
Minimum Requirements
- BCom Accounting / BCompt Accounting degree
- Eligible to register for SAICA articles
- Strong academic record
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A willingness to learn and develop within a professional finance environment
