This position will be based in Johannesburg South. We are looking for your work experience in the Logistics Industry. Qualifications and Required Experience: Occupational Safety and Health Qualification Minimum 5 to 10 years of work experience as a Safety Technician Proficiency in Power tools (Power BI advanced level, Power Automate intermediate) Domain of M and DAX languages (Power Query and Power BI) Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel Proficiency in SharePoint and OneDrive tools Google Sheets (Google Sheets and Forms) ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) Documentation experience Data Modeling and Table relationships Experience in results management and KPI Detail: Key Responsibilities and Duties: Operational activities related to fleet and document management. Ensure the safety and physical integrity of the unit's employees by ensuring safe working conditions. Provide and manage stock of uniforms and protective equipment for all employees of the unit. Inspect operational teams, ensuring the use of uniforms and protective equipment. Carry out frequent inspections on routes, certifying the use of uniforms and protective equipment by operational teams. Relate intensely with the team, the client and the client's. customers, identifying potential risks. Monitor the main risks inherent to the working conditions of administrative and operational functions, acting preventively and correctively. Coordinate the unit's SIPAT, working together with the client. Prepare the unit's PPRA. Organize CIPA of the unit. Carry out specific safety training for all employees. Monitor, control, and publicize occurrences of work accidents. Issue CAT (Inspection of Occupational Safety and Health Reports). Perform related activities, responding to requests from superiors. Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities). Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards and specifications. Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company. Commit to operational goals defined together with the client, DPO/VPO and Excellence Program.
