Ruby Developer | Full Stack Developer In Office 4-6 Years' Experience
An innovative technology company operating within the InsurTech and digital platform space is looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join its growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to work on products that make a real-world impact, combining modern software development with scalable cloud infrastructure. You'll play a key role in building and enhancing web and mobile applications while contributing to deployment processes, operational systems, and DevOps best practices. Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain robust applications using Ruby on Rails - Develop and manage scalable cloud infrastructure within AWS - Contribute to mobile application development using React Native - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features - Drive continuous improvement through emerging technologies and industry best practices
Required Experience - 4-6 years' experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role - Strong Ruby on Rails expertise, including Devise, Omniauth and RSpec - Solid AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, Redis, Aurora PostgreSQL, Nginx, Ubuntu) - Front-end development experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS - Experience with React or React Native - Understanding of scalable application architecture and design principles - Automated testing and unit testing experience - Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
Advantageous - React Native experience - Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native environments - Experience working on customer-facing digital products
