Key responsibilities are - deliver high-quality nursing care, Monitor and manage residents health and wellbeing, Administer medication and treatments, Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers, Liase with families, doctors and healthcare professionals, maintain accurate resident records and documentation. REQUIREMENTS
Registered with SANC (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)
Relevant nursing qualification
Previous experience in frail care, dementia or elderly care will be advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient and professional attitude
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
Clear criminal record
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team • Day shift position only
