- Matric and a relevant qualification in Risk Management, Safety Management, Facilities
- Management or a related field.
- PSIRA Grade A will be highly beneficial.
- 5–7 years' relevant experience, preferably within a warehouse, distribution, retail,manufacturing or similarly operational environment.
- 3–5 years' management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, security, loss prevention and Occupational
- Health & Safety.
- Experience in facilities and contractor management.
- Experience managing CCTV, access control and related security systems.
- Strong incident investigation and report-writing skills.
- Good understanding of OHS legislation and workplace safety requirements.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and take ownership of issues.
- Hands-on experience within a busy warehouse or operational environment..
- Professional registration or relevant industry accreditation will be advantageous.
