THE JOB AT A GLANCE As an Insurance & Risk Graduate, you will gain exposure to the identification, assessment, monitoring, and management of risks across the business while developing a solid understanding of the insurance environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders to support risk management processes, regulatory compliance, insurance administration, and business continuity initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills in risk management and insurance within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring business risks across various functions. Support the implementation and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and processes. Participate in risk workshops and contribute to risk assessments and reporting activities. Assist with the administration and management of insurance policies and claims. Support investigations of incidents, losses, and emerging risks. Prepare risk and insurance-related reports, presentations, and documentation. Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies. Assist with business continuity and operational resilience initiatives. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, insurance markets, and risk-related topics. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to promote a strong risk-aware culture. Perform ad hoc projects and administrative duties within the Risk and Insurance team.
