Risk Controller (Retail)

This role plays a vital part in minimizing risk, preventing stock losses, and ensuring a positive customer experience at store exit and checkout areas. Key Responsibilities The successful incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to: Checking customer invoices against merchandise before stock leaves the store Monitoring stock movement at the checkout and exit points Assist in minimizing stock losses and identify potential risk situations Greeting customers professionally when entering and leaving the store Identifying suspicious or irregular activity Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly checkout and exit area Following company risk and security procedures at all times Supporting store staff and management when and where operationally required
