Role 1 - Senior Revenue Analyst

Experienced revenue professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue management, debt recovery, customer account management, financial analysis, billing, and consulting project delivery. The role involves managing complex customer account investigations, supporting revenue recovery, and driving customer payment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma or BTech in: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Management, Public Administration

• Advantageous: Postgraduate qualification.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years' relevant experience.

• Experience in revenue management, debt collection, billing, customer account management and financial analysis.

• Experience in revenue enhancement, revenue assurance or consulting environments will be advantageous.

Role 2 - Revenue Analyst

Professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience in revenue management, customer account administration, billing, debt collection, financial analysis, and revenue assurance. The role supports revenue recovery projects through analysis, customer query resolution, account reconciliations, and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma or BTech in: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Management and Public Administration

• Advantageous: Postgraduate qualification.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years' relevant experience.

• Exposure to revenue management, customer accounts, debt collection, billing or financial analysis.

• Revenue enhancement or revenue assurance experience will be advantageous.

Role 3 - Graduate Trainee: Revenue Consulting

Graduates looking to build a career in revenue management, financial analysis, customer account management, debt recovery, and consulting. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and an interest in working within a client-facing consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma or BTech in: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Management, Public Administration

Experience

• 0 to 1 year's work experience.

• Internship, in-service training or exposure to finance, revenue management, customer services or consulting environments will be advantageous.
