Forecasting future talent requirements and identifying potential workforce and talent risks. Building proactive talent pipelines to support new locations and business expansion. Designing and implementing innovative sourcing and talent acquisition strategies. Driving recruitment efficiency, quality of hire and an exceptional candidate experience. Developing and strengthening the organisation's employer brand and positioning it as an employer of choice.
Establishing strategic partnerships with universities, TVET colleges, SETAs, recruitment partners and other talent networks. Building sustainable talent pipelines through external partnerships. Leading succession planning, talent reviews, internal mobility and career pathway initiatives. Identifying and developing high-potential talent and strengthening leadership bench strength. Partnering with Learning & Development and Operations to develop future leaders and strengthen internal promotion pipelines. Using talent intelligence and analytics to provide meaningful, data-driven business insights. Driving recruitment governance, process improvement, technology optimisation and legislative compliance.
Qualifications 7–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to a multi-site retail or hospitality environment Degree in HRM, B.Adm or Industrial Psychology.
