We're hiring a results-driven Retail Store Manager in training (designate) to oversee the entire store function, including sales targets, inventory management, shrinkage control, and team performance. You will drive profitability, champion compliance, elevate customer satisfaction, and mentor staff for succession. Key KPIs: Sales growth, expense control, team development, shrinkage management, and customer service ratings. Requirements: 5+ years in retail store management (ideally in the healthcare sector), ideally with SAP/Unisolv/Kronos exposure, strong business acumen, and proven leadership capability. Diploma or advanced Certificate in Retail Management, or B Com Degree, Retail Management Diploma or related Commercial qualification. Clear credit and criminal history. South African Citizen. Driver's license and own reliable transport.
