Location: Eshowe, KZN
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsibility for store performance, sales and profitability
- Oversee teams, junior managers and supervisors
- Visual merchandising, stock control, and shrinkage prevention
- Customer service and brand experience
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric plus basic computer literacy
- 2 Years' minimum experience within retail
Package & Remuneration
Hours of work: 195 hours per month, spread over weekdays and weekends
Salary: R135K p.a. plus target incentives and year-end bonuses
