Retail Store Manager (Automotive) - Middelburg, Ga

You must have all three of the following to apply

• A diploma in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing (NQF 6). • At least 5 years experience in retail sales or marketing . • At least 3 years experience supervising or managing a retail team . A bachelors degree (NQF 7) would be an advantage. What youll be responsible for:

• Leading the store team, setting schedules, managing performance and developing staff. • Driving sales, meeting targets and running promotions. • Keeping stock available and managing inventory, merchandising and pricing. • Managing budgets, controlling costs and tracking store performance. • Delivering excellent customer service and resolving problems promptly. • Keeping the store safe, secure and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. You should be comfortable using MS Office and retail systems, making decisions from sales and stock figures, and handling staff and customer issues.
