What we're looking for
- 3-5 years' proven experience in retail or store management (experience within retail optical will be advantageous)
- A confident and influential leader
- Customer-focused, detail oriented, and adaptable
- Energetic and passionate about sales
Key Responsibilities
- Support and Lead retail store team
- Grow sales and ensure store meets and/or exceeds performance targets
- Monitor KPI's, identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans
