Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
- Registration with the PPRA in accordance with current legislative requirements.
Experience
- Minimum 35 years' experience in retail shopping centre or commercial property management.
- Proven experience managing retail shopping centre operations.
- Experience in leasing, tenant management, budgeting, and facilities management.
- Experience managing contractors, service providers, and service level agreements.
Knowledge & Skills
- Sound understanding of retail shopping centre operations.
- Knowledge of lease agreements and lease administration.
- Financial management, budgeting, and cost control skills.
- Understanding of statutory compliance, including Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Contract management and supplier management experience.
- Strong administration and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SAP, MDA, or similar property management systems.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
