Are you passionate about healthy living, natural products and working with people?
An exciting opportunity is available for a Retail Assistant to join a unique lifestyle retail environment on a contract basis.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organised, articulate and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing knowledgeable and helpful customer service
- Learning about a diverse range of natural and lifestyle products
- Preparing fresh juices and smoothies (full training will be provided)
- Assisting with merchandising and maintaining attractive displays
- Keeping the store neat, organised and well presented
- Working closely with the team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Assisting with general retail duties in a busy, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Articulate, confident and comfortable interacting with customers
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A quick learner with a positive attitude
- Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional and team-oriented
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
