Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the shop floor
Managing staff schedules, performance, and daily task allocation
Handling cash-ups, banking, and basic financial administration
Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety, and loss-prevention procedures
Handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations
Monitoring sales targets and implementing strategies to drive performance
Planning and executing visual merchandising displays in line with brand standards
Managing stock levels, replenishment, and shelf-space allocation
Analysing sales data to inform merchandising and stock decisions
Ensuring product presentation is consistent with promotional and seasonal campaigns
Conducting regular stock takes and managing stock rotation
Liaising with suppliers and head office regarding stock and merchandising requirements
