RETAIL SALES TRAINER [SOLAR ENERGY]

Introduction

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Retail Sales Trainer to join a growing team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and upskilling retail sales teams through product knowledge, sales techniques, customer-service training and performance coaching.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct training on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service for in-house and retail sales personnel.

• Analyse sales performance to identify knowldge and skills gaps.

• Work with management to implement performance imporovement programes.

• Maintain strong product knowledge of the company's products and services.

• Train sales staff on promotions, campaigns and new products.

• Promote consistent customer service standars accorss retail outlets.

• Assesment and monitoring of retail outlets.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric.

• Minumum 2-3 years experience in retail sales management, sales training and customer service.

• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Retail Manager or Sales Team Leader or similar position.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering training or coaching sales employees.

• Experience working woth sales targets and perfroment metrics.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Valid drivers liscence.

• Own vehicle (advantageous).

• Willingness to travel throughout South Africa.
