• Matric • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Training and Development or a related field will be advantageous • Sales training, facilitation or coaching certification will be advantageous • 2 - 3 years' experience in retail sales, sales management, sales training or customer service • Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Retail Manager, Sales Team Leader or similar • Proven experience training, coaching and developing sales employees • Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics • Valid driver's license • Own vehicle will be an advantage • Willingness to travel throughout South Africa Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
