REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years' previous retail experience, with experience specializing in confectionery essential.
- Grade 12 qualification required; a Sales or Business qualification will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and business development.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
- Professional, confident, and target-driven personality.
- Computer literate.
DUTIES
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Identify and generate new business opportunities. • Monitor and report on sales performance. • Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets. • Manage and develop key accounts, identifying opportunities to improve customer relationships and revenue. HOURS:
