Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales/retail experience - mandatory
- An open-minded, mature attitude towards adult products
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Administration skills advantageous
- Clear ITC and criminal record required
- Sober habits essential
- Reliable own transport or ability to commute reliably to the store
Working Hours
Shift pattern: 1 day on, 1 day off, alternating weekends (1 weekend on, 1 weekend off). Shifts typically run 9am–7pm.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in a specialist retail environment
- Advise customers professionally and confidently on our product range
- Handle day-to-day store administration
- Represent the brand with maturity, discretion, and a non-judgemental attitude
A well-established, legally registered adult lifestyle retail group is looking for confident, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join their in-store team. This is a specialist retail environment selling adult wellness and intimacy products, and candidates must be comfortable working in this niche with maturity and discretion.
