Location: Douglasdale / Fourways, Johannesburg Type: Full time, retail print shop environment
Duties & Responsibilities
About the Role: We are seeking a hands on Retail Print Operator to join a busy print shop. The ideal candidate will have experience with Canon/Xerox digital presses and be confident working with Fiery Command WorkStation and Impose workflows. You’ll be responsible for day to day print production, customer service, and ensuring jobs are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate Canon/Xerox digital printers in a retail environment
• Set up and manage Fiery/Impose workflows for multi card and certificate printing
• Assist customers with print orders, ID photos, and creative projects
• Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot minor print issues
• Support sublimation and mug pressing tasks when required
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
• Prior experience in a retail print shop or digital printing environment
• Strong knowledge of Fiery Command WorkStation & Impose setup
• Customer focused with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
