The successful candidate must have experience within the retail fuel industry , specifically with service station renovations, upgrades or new site development .
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Previous experience in the retail fuel / petroleum industry essential
- Previous exposure to service station renovations, upgrades or new site development essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good computer literacy, particularly MS Office and Excel
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Retail New Business Development
- Assist with the coordination of service station renovation and development projects
- Maintain and update project documentation and records
- Follow up with contractors, suppliers, consultants and other stakeholders
- Assist with obtaining and tracking required documentation, approvals and licences
- Monitor project progress and outstanding actions
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations when required
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
- Assist with general administration related to new retail sites and existing site upgrades
Advantageous
• Experience with fuel station development processes • Exposure to licensing, municipal approvals or property/development documentation • Project administration or coordination experience This is an office-based position in Pretoria East.
