Location: Richards Bay
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the branch.
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Lead, motivate and manage the branch team.
- Ensure accurate stock management
- Ensure the branch consistently meets company merchandising standards.
- Ensure customers receive professional and efficient service.
- Monitor branch expenses and control operating costs within approved budgets.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum matric
- Related retail or business qualification preferable
- 3-5 years' experience in retail, ideally in home decor, linen or furniture
