I am looking for an Experienced Store Manager for Fashion Retail store in Witbank ( Retail Management Experience is a must )

As a Store Manager you will be experienced in male/ female fashion, you need to have a flair for visual merchandising and be able to show a sound understanding of figures and administration.
- Required Competencies:
The Individual will be required to Manage, Lead and Control a store effectively by maximizing the stores profitability through the achievement of budget sales, company’s objectives and strategies.

• STAFF MANAGEMENT INCLUDING RECRUITMENT OF NEW STAFF • ACHIEVEMENT OF STORE TARGETS • STAFF PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT • VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARDS • SALES GENERATION • STOCK LOSS CONTROL AND PREVENTION • SECURITY AND ASSET MANAGEMENT • LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION OF A TEAM • HIGH LEVELS OF COMMUNICATION • RELATIONSHIP BUILDING • DETAILED FEEDBACK AND REPORTING – ADMINISTRATION • MEETING OF DEADLINES
