What you'll be responsible for

Manage the administration of retail leasing processes, including new deals, renewals and lease documentation.
Support lease renewals by monitoring expiry schedules, preparing documentation and tracking progress through to completion.
Ensure lease agreements, tenant files and leasing records are accurately maintained.
Coordinate tenant onboarding processes, including applications, documentation, FICA, KYC and credit checks.
Liaise with tenants and internal stakeholders to follow up on outstanding documentation, approvals and leasing requirements.
Provide administrative support for new developments, tenant relocations and leasing activities.
Assist with reporting, commission tracking and general leasing administration.

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 3 years experience in property administration, with exposure to retail leasing
Property leasing experience is essential
Familiarity with lease documentation, tenant onboarding processes and compliance requirements
Experience with property systems such as PIMS or MDA
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
