Qualification

- Retail / Branch Management Related Qualification
Requirements
- 2 - 5 Years proven experience in retail DYI / hardware sales
- Strong product knowledge in Paint, Tiles, or Sanware
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Duties
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through expert advice and service
- Maintain optimal stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
