The ideal candidate must display strong organizational skills and be customer focused. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and till reconciliation Recruit, train, and supervise staff Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accuracy Maintain visual merchandising standards that includes attractive and organized product displays Ensure the store complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Detail: Qualification and Competencies : Matric or equivalent Business Management diploma would be advantageous 2 to 5 years experience in Retail Valid drivers license and OWN vehicle Fully computer literate (MS Office and POS) Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans Strong Leadership Problem Solving Customer Service Organizational abilities Staff Management Attention to detail show more...
