Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and high-quality service to clients and financial advisers across various channels.
- Assist with client queries and provide clear, accurate information on investment products and services.
- Help clients better understand their investment options and make informed decisions.
- Build trusted relationships through effective communication and service excellence.
- Take ownership of client requests and ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
Requirements
- Completed or in final year of completing a Bachelors of Commerce or Business Science degree.
- Relevant fields include Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Statistics, Quantitative Finance or related disciplines.
- Recent graduate with less than 2 years' work experience.
- Strong academic record, with a 65% cumulative average preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and numerical ability with an affinity for numbers.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for working with people and delivering excellent client service.
- Performance-driven, adaptable and eager to learn.
- Genuine interest in investments and financial services.
