Retail Claims Clerk

Introduction

Purpose

An ICT distribution organisation is seeking a Retail Claims Clerk who is responsible to review and process all retail claims, ensuring that supporting documents are correct and accurate

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Job Outputs

• Maintain and update the claims register

• Handling and processing of retail claims

• Obtain information and documents as required

• Complete the request for credit documents by following the companies’ LOA

• Consult with inter-departments to resolve claims /queries

• Match claims with credit notes

• Liaise and build working relationships with stores
