- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous retail branch management and sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing business
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience with stock control, merchandising, and branch operations
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on management style
- Own reliable transport
- Must reside within close proximity to Boksburg
- Willing to work retail hours, including Saturday mornings
