To oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring sales targets are achieved while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational excellence, managing staff, controlling stock and ensuring the financial performance and profitability of the branch.

Remuneration: Market Related

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Minimum 5 years' Retail Branch Management experience

• Valid Driver's Licence

• Computer Literate (MS Office)

• Strong sales management experience with a proven track record

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Must reside within approximately 15–18km of the Bedfordview branch

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Branch Sales & Performance

• Achieve monthly branch sales and profitability targets

• Monitor sales performance and drive business growth

• Manage quotations, customer orders and sales activities

• Ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times

Branch Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch

• Ensure stock levels are maintained and controlled

• Manage receiving, dispatching and inventory processes

• Maintain operational standards and company procedures

Staff Management

• Lead, coach and motivate the branch team

• Conduct performance management and staff development

• Manage attendance, discipline and training

• Promote teamwork and a positive working environment

Financial & Administration

• Oversee branch administration, debtors and creditors

• Manage cash handling and reporting requirements

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures

• Monitor branch expenses and profitability

Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards

• Maintain a safe and organised working environment

• Report maintenance and operational issues to Management

General

• Perform any additional duties reasonably required by Management.
