The client is a leader in the sales of automotive motor spares
There Retail Shop in Centurion is looking for a Bookkeeper. This role does require a person within the retail industry and unfortunately no applicants will be taken into consideration for this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage invoicing and cash flow forecast reporting
Process journals and invoices to ensure recordkeeping
Consolidating and compiling financial reports
Perform reconciliation of accounts
Reconcile certain balance sheet accounts
Preparing creditors payments, improving cash flow management and reconciling creditors accounts
Processing purchase orders, creditors invoices and payments for updated operations
Debtors control and collection of outstanding monies
Cash Book
Petty cash control
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements
1) Matric
2) A certificate, diploma or any education in the financial sector would be an advantage
3) Bookkeeping to trial and or balance sheet is non negotibale for this role
4) 5 years experience as a Bookkeeper in the RETAIL Industry, this is non negotiable
5) Own vehicle and valid drivers license
6) Must be able to work retail hours
