Real Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Bakery Manager for an established retail business in Ballito.

We are looking for a passionate, hands-on leader with strong bakery management experience who can lead a team, maintain excellent product standards and drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the bakery team
• Oversee daily production, quality and freshness
• Plan production, staffing and stock requirements
• Manage budgets, stock rotation, wastage and costs
• Drive sales and profitability
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
• Ensure excellent merchandising and customer service
• Lead from the floor and remain actively involved

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' bakery management experience within retail/FMCG
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Sound knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
• Experience managing budgets, stock, wastage and P&L
• Matric essential
• Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reside in/near Ballito or have reliable transport

Salary: Up to R20,000 CTC per month, dependent on experience.
