Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ Area Manager or multi-store management experience , preferably within luxury or premium retail.
Afrikaans as a first language , with strong English communication skills.
Matric and a Business Management or Retail Management diploma .
Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing store profitability.
Strong leadership, coaching, analytical and organisational skills.
Experience managing budgets, stock control and retail performance indicators.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
