Cape Town. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially driven Retail and Showroom Manager to lead a stylish home décor retail environment. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for interiors, décor and lifestyle products, combined with strong retail management and commercial capabilities. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, managing stock, overseeing visual merchandising and leading a motivated team. Duties & Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role requiring someone with a good eye for detail, a natural flair for presentation and the ability to create an inviting and inspiring retail environment. Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to manage all aspects of a retail operation are essential.
