Start free — we apply for you →- We are looking for a motivated and energetic to join a dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will support the Senior FOH Manager in running smooth daily front of house operations and ensuring guests receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support FOH team members to ensure high service standards
- Make sure all food and beverages are presented according to company standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Handle guest queries and resolve service concerns quickly and professionally
- Manage daily reservations and ensure bookings are captured correctly
- Oversee daily cash-ups and ensure correct financial procedures are followed
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Monitor stock control and assist with daily stock counts and ordering
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and service excellence within the team
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Hospitality Diploma is an advantage
- At least 1 year experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- High energy and attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Basic POS and cash-handling experience
- Comfortable standing for long hours and working in a fast-paced environment
